How to get my laptop turning on again?

My laptop fell off my desk (again) and this time instead of it working when I plug it in, now when I plug it in it does NOTHING! If you want to know how the power condition was before, it used to be powered by only being plugged in. This was a usual drop off my desk which I am used to.

There is no sure fix for drops. However.
