Your site says you are an advertising agency but you don't have required knowledge in SEO...dude if you don't have budget to buy a target traffic come up with the compelling texts for social medias and forums. You have to attract your audience and yes you have to invest all your time into this business.

Join local networking groups, like the local rotary club, industry shows, etc, and promote what you do. Look for business forums, like this, and offer your services.

You may also want to go onto sites like fiverr, upwork, etc., and share your capabilities there.

Do you finish the on page optimization on your site? Do it first and ensure that your site has meta title tags, meta description tags, H1, H2 tags and optimize content with long tail keywords. Then start social media marketing. I hope you will get more traffic on your website.
Thanks.

Hey, so apparently you created a site proclaiming to be a digital agency - and no knowledge about digital marketing? Are you kidding us? Or just try to get the maximum amount of views on the website, but that won't really convert into partnerships? Also, I would suggest improving slightly the design of the website - the font is not the nicest one to users for sure. Maybe you would like some additional info about positive UX?
