I was performing hard reset and after the device start resetting, my tablet went switched off. I don't know whether it is due to low battery or some other reason. Please give some suggestions. If i connect the charger , display will come ( Logo of the company V-touch) . Tell me what should i do now ? I am not able to switch t on. Is there any problem with the OS or what ?

If the hard reset is interrupted for some reason. the situation is undefined. All you can do (if you can do it); repeat the hard reset. If no luck, back to V-tech for their techs to reset it. But for tablet like this, that might be more expensive than jut buying a new one.

Lesson learned: when doing a reset, don't run on battery, but always do it while connected to the mains.

Lesson here for others.

Don't do that when the battery is low. Best to have power connected when hard resetting (for Chromebooks, this is called power wash.)

Try connecting the mains and give it 20 minutes to charge up then keep the power applied and hard reset again.

How to fix it?

If you charge fully and it is still turned off, you need to get it fixed or replaced.

No reason why you can't go though warranty on that.
