How do get airplay on Itunes to work on my pc.I do not see the airplay icon. I have 3 apple tvs and I want to play music from my pc to my apple tvs.

http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202106 notes the basics, I'll skip how to use iTunes and move to a common issue I run into. Firewalls in routers and PCs.

There are more settings in the PC firewall or having the network setup in Client Isolation mode. It's rarely the same thing but proves that "it's always something."
