Unless they are getting banned from boards. Is what you are doing worth paying for?

Well, your IP address is given to you by your ISP. So, if you use 4G, cable and ADSL you already have 3. For the 4th and 5th, you'll need to use satellite internet or a vpn or a proxy to a server that has it's own IP address. Maybe some of your friends are willing to install such a server for you?

In the good old times of dial-up, you got a new IP-address everytime you phoned in. But I think you'll find that too slow (56 kbps at most). But maybe you can find a provider that such a service on ADSL: give you a new IP-address every time you turn the modem off and on.

See https://www.howtogeek.com/247190/whats-the-difference-between-a-vpn-and-a-proxy/ for the difference between proxy and vpn.

I don't know what kind of VPN services you have looked into but there are plenty of VPN services available in the entire world and I'm pretty sure you would not find them expensive. Search more...

say your IP is give to you by your ISP and they use that to identify you and to troubleshoot. Using a VPN changes your IP when you surf the internet. Opera browser has a built in free VPN if you enable and most other browsers allow you to add a plugin VPN service for free,
