1. Call the company that wrote that app. They broke it and most likely have thousands of calls on that problem. They'll know.
2. Restore the machine from your last backup. Backup today is not optional with all the malware out there.

I downloaded a program to increase my CPU speed. got tired of adjusting the setting every day so i uninstalled the program right away no programs would run so i did a factory re set..99% threw the system said the reset failed and whent into automatic repair. it's been in automatic repair for 3 days now. i tried refresh. i thought i had a recovery USB drive made..no, made all wrong and when i made the ddrive i choose to delete the recovery drive from my laptop so a factory re set is impossible. my dad downloaded windows 8 to re install. did not work. i have learned the files need to be in ISO file. i found ISO files to download but the other computers here run windows XP or don't have enough RAM. I am not sure what else to do? i was able to do system diagnostices and all passed. i am not sure what to do now?
