How to format write protected usb drive

Hi,
When I Format my USB any time messaging that "The disk is write protected"
While Formatting is complete 100% again messaging that "The operation did not complete because the media is write protected". How can I format my USB please help me I know here are lot of expert.

Try and see if you can do...

a "wipe" first. I seem to recall that happen to me once. I don't think windows can do that. Parted Magic and some other partitioning program has that feature.
