Hi amit-lachhwani2,

You may refer Here on detailed steps on Restoring Your Dell Computer to Original Factory Installation.

Let me know if you need any more information; would be glad to assist.

Answer
Usually not possible.

For example if this has some restore partition, that usually is lost unless you had a backup of the image when new. The best folk can do is to use restore media. Which fails your requirement.

You bring up a good point. Since so few restore the restore partition, why are we buying this?

...you should find the instructions for restoring your computer to factory settings in your user guide which should be on your hard drive. If you've lost your user guide somehow, you can download it from your manufacturer's web site.
