This is one to call Samsung to ask for a fix. If they are unable to fix, you have grounds for return and full refund so you can shop for a bug free setup.
I've bought a 49" Full HD Curved Smart TV K6500A the seler told me the OS on this tv was the latest so i downloaded the smartview app for the Galaxy Note 5, which i prefer over the remote that came with the tv, but everytime I try to use the finger pad on the browser it works well for a couple of minutes. If the phone goes ro rest mode or if I close the app and restart it the pad won't work in the browser, I have to unplug my tv to use it again. Does anybody knows why this is happening or a way to reset the app connection instead of unplugging the tv?
