I bought a 55ud6050 from Costco. Every movie that's in HD looks like a soap opera or home camera shooting. Something wrong with the depth of the movie.
I'm hearing this a lot on various forums but no solutions. Would hate to return it tomorrow

I just called the Samsung service number from the first page of the users manual (someone answered, from North Carolina, who was very helpful). Problem solved for my LED 6001, which may be different with other LEDs or LCDs so i won't walk anyone through the details. It was simple. I called Sat 9:30PM CT. Someone answered right away. It took less than 2 minutes to fix. I was impressed with Samsung on this issue.
