How to fix Packet Loss in-game only???URGENT ?:|

Hi everyone,
Few days ago i was playng fortnite normaly as always then my ping starts going up from 50 to 1,100 and the packet loss starts too {i have 12Mb/s connection} and i was the only one one connected to that router {i m using a cable not wirlesse} and i restart the router and restart the pc and i checked that nothing is running in the background and then i go back to fortnite and still having the same probleme and then i launched other games like Minecraft and World Of Tanks and still having the same probleme but youtube and google and download is good i even tested it with several connection speed test apps like Ookla Speedtest.net and the results was good 12Mb/s and 15ms i even pinged 8.8.8.8 using the following command {cmd : ping 8.8.8.8 -n 100} and there were no packet loss and i tryed this command too {ipconfig /flushdns} and it gives me {cash de résolution dns vidé} can anyone help me plzz i m stuck and i don t know what to do Confused
P.S : There is no viruses and i m not the only one with the probleme i tryed on my brothers pc and it gives me the same probleme Confused

That's about as slow a broadband connection I see today. The FACT your brother's PC does the same points to your Internet connection and not the PCs.

This is why I'm going to call this one solved.

12Mb/s is the speed of my connection

And the problem shows on other PCs, it's nothing we can fix with settings on your PC.

This means it's an ISP issue or your choice of ISP. Since this is nothing you or I can alter, then you have to deal with your ISP or change ISPs.

You've proven what it is, so I call this solved.

There are folk that will disagree but how can you fix this? By changing ISPs or upgrading to some connection 5 to 10 times faster.

1200 Kbps does not seem to come out to 12 Mbps.

Since you have 2 machines doing this it would seem you are back into the router or out bound.
