Question

How to fix my asus notebook

It got unplugged accidentally and then it showed. No window\system32\config\system or corrupt. I got it to the ms dos screen. Can anyone tell me what to do next ?

How did it get MS DOS?

No Windows 8 laptop I've seen in years since 8 rolled out booted to MS DOS. Something's up there.

hit the reset button instead

if this is windows 8 you may be stuck in hiberfile hell.
