Hp power on issue

Yes Of coarse.... it is a Hp 15 bs 212wm Notebook laptop. windows 10 updated itself and now it asks for the power on or admin pass? After 3 fails it says system disabled with this code ( i 71459752 ). Hp support is a joke and apparently has poor phone and internet service and keeps disconnecting? Supposedly the code can generate the password but I have to pay for their freind service before they'll give it to me? I refuse to give them any more money...

Hp power on issue

Nope that solution is only for all numerical codes and mine starts with an "i". I guess the website that generates the passwords is a little outdated? As for purchasing a fix?.... I don't think this new found hatred I have towards my, now old laptop, will allow me to do so. However I do very much appreciate your help and am grateful I found my way here. Good forums are rare these days no doubt.

Use just the numbers? I wish I knew of more free fixes for this but when I hit the end I'm paying HP or Staples. Best Buy charged 150 last time (not me that paid.)
