I have two computers on my network, one is direct connected to the router and the other is wireless. Frequently when I refresh a page I get a white screen for a long time and sometimes need to refresh multiple times before the page is restored. I also frequently get the IE is not responding message. I do not seem to have the same problem with Windows Live Mail, but do have it with Yahoo Mail. This applies to both computers. How do I find out if this is an ISP issue, an IE issue, or even a Windows 7 issue? WIN 7 on both machines and using IE 8. Both machines have been swept for malware using Norton and Malwarebytes.
