How to factory reset bd d7500

by 00c00911 / April 14, 2012 10:14 PM PDT

I am trying to factory reset my blu ready player due to it not paying DVDs anymore. I'm piety sure it posted them before the latest firmware update a few Weeks ago. Samsung keeps sending info about holding down the stop button on the front panel to reset but they should know that this has a touch panel and the stop button is not active until a disc is in the player. Can anyone help?

Hold down the touch button until you're prompted to reset. It may take up to 20 seconds.

If that doesn't help, or it won't reset, try calling the 800-SAMSUNG customer service center for troubleshooting or repair service.

The STOP button. Make sure that the disc tray is empty first.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
