Answer
What you can do initially

Hey, congratulations on starting up with a new business. Your service looks lucrative.
I would suggest since it is a start-up that you can try reaching out to the local community or local e-commerce businesses who are not in the position to spend huge on providing delivery services to their customers.
Provide them with something they can afford. Give them promotional discounts. This way you will be reaching out to so many other people that next time they remember to contact you whenever they need to make a shipment.

The key is to provide excellent customer service.
Hope it helps.

Sarah

Answer
Find the Scale You want to measure upto

Hello,
Being in Logistics can be hectic, i am talking from experience.
But it is also one of the most evolving field.
First you need to take it step by step
1. Target your own community (neighbors, post offices, businesses in locality etc)
2. Next come on a town scale businesses
Like this you may scale upto E- commerce logistics partner
Also you may want to do a landscape study, competitve anlysis etc of your customers, differentiation is the key.
