How to eliminate side by side image on Samsung 3d?

I have a new 64" Samsung plasma 3d tv.When I view signals coming in over/under and hit the 3d button and then the over/under option things play fine.I should mention that my service provider is Comcast. If the signal is side by side(those coming from HBO,Startz and channel 791) and I select the side by side option I still see some side by side images/ghost.
I have talked to both Comcast and Samsung a few times and both indicate its not there problem. Can anyone help me resolve this problem?

When you say Side by Side do you mean Crosstalk? or Two Separate Images Side BY Side.

Eliminate the side by side image

There is no way to elilminate this image as the program you are viewing (or attempting to view) in 3D is broadcast in this way. You might try adjusting the 3D depth setting in the picture menu.
