The Windows 10 upgrade is based on replacing the W7 OS. So if you wanted to dual boot you have to put out a little over 100USD for a Windows 10 license and then you can dual boot. This dual boot is done by leaving blank unpartitioned space on drives and then booting the Windows 10 media and following the prompts.
No additional programs are required for a dual boot.
I do not want to move to 10 because I'm happy with
Win7. Neither do I want the world to pass me by. I'm not really a Luddite.
Can someone suggest if programs are available to do this. Free hopefully. Or is there simply a method of dual booting that anyone can use? Signed Dufus.
