However and I'm making a big guess here the IT staff didn't take the training. That's fine. Just get the company credit card out and call Cisco. They'll step you through it.
I'm having trouble connecting some devices to an enterprise network. They are asking for certificate validation since the network runs on PEAP protocol. So to get connected to that network, I need to install the certificate that the network ACS uses.
My question is how to download the certificate of that network? Some people suggested me to get a laptop connected to that network and in the 'validate server certificate' section I can find the certificate which is used by the network. There I can find the name of the certificate (as "GITACS") but I don't know how to download it to my computer. So please someone give a solution for downloading the certificate.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
