HOW TO DOWNLOAD AUDIO FILES FROM A WEBSITE

please can someone help recommend a software I can download which will help to extract audio files from a website.

Kindly note request is for "audio" not "video"

I can use firefox and most any browser.

Unless it's a youtube file. Depending on the site they can protect it from being downloaded also. The difference from an audio and video are the extension example audio SONG.MP3 video VIDEO.MPG. To windows there is much difference between the 2. Even some players will play both.
