Not all BIOS'es support booting from a USB-stick or an external CD-drive. Anyway, they don't need a driver for it, so you can't replace a faulty driver in the BIOS. Only in Windows, but that doesn't seem necessary.
I would try to use the recommended BenQ system recovery to go back to factory settings. Those shouldn't involve booting from a USB.

an anti virus used deleted a systems 32 file causing my hard drive to
crash. computer technicians informed me that it was a hard drive problem
, the hardrive was formatted and then the computer was able to start
however it seems it has a "bootmgr" problem. the usb ports have not been
working since i bought the laptop in the sense that they work while the
computer is on but once it is in bios mode it doesn't identify the usb
ports in order for me to reboot the laptop.
essentially i'd like to know where i can get a manual to disassemble the
laptop in order to reboot the bios by taking removing and replacing the battery within the laptop ,aswell as a solution to my faulty usb drivers , and possible
advice on how to repair the laptop without the usb drivers
the hardrive can easily be removed without opening the laptop
the specifications on the laptop are:
