1. For video, look at Camtasia.
2. For audio, look at Audacity.
3. If the video is without sound, use Virtual Dub to splice in the audio you captured with Audacity.

Does anyone know how to allow a user to watch a video on a website, yet not have the ability to save the video? We have a site that needs users to view proprietary information, but do not want users to have the ability to save the .mpg file on their computer. Is there something on the server end to secure a .mpg file from being saved? -Shannon
