That is to say, they don't really diagnose it. They give some general procedures that might work, or not. If they don't, you reinstall Windows. If the problem still occurs you start replacing hardware.

One thing is certain: if you didn't change the hardware and didn't change the driver, it's NOT a driver issue. So updating drivers is useless. Why did you think it would help?
