Answer
Only when not on Smart features

I had the same issue but, after some playing around, noticed that you can't do it while the Smart screens are showing. I had to go back to the TV viewing and then into Menu -> Smart Features and now 'Clear viewing history' is enabled. I guess it can't clear it while it's loaded for some reason.

Just an idea.

I don't see the exact model but most let you turn off the smart tv feature then you can power cycle and since the smart tv didn't launch then you might be able to clear that.

How to clear 'Enjoyed Content' for Series 7 (7100) HDTVs
Jan 13, 2014 6:13PM PST

I just bought a Samsung Series 7 (7100) 60" LED 3D HDTV and I had the same problem. Like "jameshoward1982", I discovered that when I Went to TV viewing and then into Menu -> Smart Features, 'Clear viewing history' is enabled. I was able to clear the 'Enjoyed Content' viewing history in one click for photos & videos. I hope this helps somebody (Samsung TV menus are clunky).
