How to delete default account

I created an account but it's now convinced that I'm not an adult and can't do anything on Windows and my Lumia phone, I was entering personal information to download an app and selected 2015 as my year of birth by mistake. How can I start again or persuade Microsoft that I'm more than 11 months old? MS is asking for credit card details but I don't have one - what can I do?
