Hard to offer advice without that information. Authorized users are not allowed to cancel an account or port out a phone # without the account holder's authorization first.
Is there anyway that I can deactivate my phone without knowing my login info to my Sprint account? Heres the situation: My father and I are currently at odds over some personal stuff (including a girlfriend who is waaaay to young.) ANYWAY- We have been on a family plan for years and I let him deal with all that stuff and just pay him the 80$ or so it costs for my line. I am trying to take the galaxy S5 I bought flat out in June and activate it with my boyfriends Sprint account. However my father has PIN numbers and account password that they ask for that I do not have access too nor am I in the position to ask him as we are not on speaking terms. He has threatened to shut off my phone without any notice even though i paid for the phone and phone line, however I need it to have constant service for work so i'd like to make the switch tomorrow with in one smooth motion. Is there anyway that I can just deactivate this phone in order to activate it on a different sprint plan? any settings or numbers i can dail? anything helps! please and thank-you. happy and safe holidays to all ![]()
