How to create the program that removes update duplicates?

Hello all.

More than a year ago in this forum I was instructed on the subject at caption. I complied and the little program was created. I got back a whole lot of free space on my hard drive. I have searched threads initiated by me in an affort to recreate it but had no success. I recall printing the thread. Just can't get my hands on it.

I run Windows XP Pro. SP3. I lost the program when I had a clean install done saturday last. I will really love to regain it. It helped keep my computer on the lean side.
