How to create domain name based name servers

hello, I am new in web hosting .I purchased dedicated server, they provide me ip address and nameservers but i want nameservers related my domain name like ns1.mydomain.com

That's a question for the company that hosts your dedicated server. Did you ask them?

Please ask your hosting provider to give IPs for your nameservers and ask them to set A record in the server for those nameservers.

Once its done you will need to register those nameservers at your domain registrar where you have registered your domain name using these ips and then you can start using these nameservers.
