How to make the bootable MS Linux is over on the MX Forums but I fear you need to test that the USB you made in normal machines first before trying it on this laptop.
There are too many complaining about Linux on the 110s. https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=240624 so my bet is you are not really searching for how to create but how to get it working on this model. Try the Rufus with UEFI support as noted. Try Ubuntu first since that appears to work. Now try MX and if it fails, post to MX Forums to ask why.
