How to copy CF card to another one

How I do copy a programmed CF card to another CF card.This is a programme disk
of an a recording equipment.

The programmed CF card have "bootrom sys"and "VxWork" files and some data

1) I tryed copy paste after format rufus formatting tool

2) With MS DOS


Procedure to Create VxWorks Bootable CF Card can not possible due to none Availabalty Compact Fiash Adapter. My OS is XP sp3,Win7

I can not do copy is there any other procedure to copy?

I would think the end device provides the method of "preparation of use" before it actually uses any CF card as it sees it needs to be done. Make several CF cards beforehand in order to have them. Doing it this way will provide whatever format is needed is thus done correctly. Trying to do it in a more generic way may introduce some issue. I'm sure there is some "copy/clone" s/w available that could do what you want to do. Visit some free file websites and check what'st available and test before final use.
