how to copy a harddrive

Hello, I have a ata hdd that I would like to copy to a sata hdd, I would like to know the best way to accomplish this, thanks for the help.

there are a number of methods....does it have a windows version on it or just data?

Here's a site with a couple of different ways to do it so pick the one that is most appropriate for your needs.

that could be the easiest way.....if it's not an XP drive
