How can I copy a DVD that contains a software Window 7 onto the other blank DVD. Thanks

Same way as copying any other DVD, I think. Use the burning program that came with your burner or PCM, and find where it's "copy DVD" function is. If you don't have a burning program, try cdburnerxp (free download).

Copy of Win7 to another DVD

Most original DVD's supplied by Microsoft, Virus Protection Software, etc
Are copy protected to prevent people copying them and selling or giving them
to friends. So the copy method supplied by your answer from Kees is wrong, it will
crash as the orignal disk has copy protection unless you have an all ready cracked.disk
Having said that it is not impossible to duplicate copy protected disk. You appear to be
fairly new in computers as you gain experience you too will find out the secrets to do
what you are not supposed to do. I am lucky I started 45 ears ago
