What burning or editing software do you have?

Nero 6 ultra has that capability. May I ask why you want to convert vcd to dvd. I want to tell you that you won't gain all that much as far as quality goes. However, I have been experimenting (converting vcr tapes to dvd discs) with .dat files on dvd disc lately. It seems to work pretty well if you start out with good quality at the start.
