How to Convert

Can anyone tell me how to convert this to a readable form? It was received in Netscape and stored in a inbox folder named POOL. It was all I could recover after a crash. I have many many of these> Thanks.

Is the text in that first message the "gibberish" that you write of?

If so, then how did you get that "gibberish" into that first message?
Did you just retype it? or,
Did you copy and then paste it?

Hi and thanks! A while back the computer crashed, tech said windows was corrupted, many files lost etc. I was able to find a few of them. Inbox folders I created in Netscape were some of these files. It was some time ago, I don't remember everything. Since beginning this help inquery on CNET I have found that I can email them to myself and read most of them.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
