To not use emails for such things. Even today, if I needed to call this agency I would use the phone. Fortunately for me there's a field office in my city that if the phone won't do, I could visit.
Again, I would not use email for this at first. Wait till the agent(s) tell you to use email.
I am having terrible trouble with the federal agency, Social Security Administration.
While I am in the process of moving to a new location, the new landlord does, of course, want to know my income.
Problem is that Social Security FLATLY REFUSES to release my letter, defining my 2019 benefits. I am hoping that the Federal Bureau of Investigation might convince Social Security to COOPERATE.
This question is "time-sensitive" since I need the letter, of verification BEFORE September 10, 2019.
How do I contact the F.B.I., to have them ENCOURAGE Social Security's "cooperation"?
