On the 23/01/08, bought a Sharp LCD Tv model LC-32X20E. OnSunday half the screen went black with a white bar from top to bottom. I bought this set from the internet from Italy and I live in Malta. Now thw local Sharp agent wants me tp pay for a new LCD panel plus repair cost because he claims that Sharp do not offer international warranties. I have been emailing Sharp EU marketing for a week and these have not even bothered to reply and now I am trying to contact some top management Of Sharp to voice my total disappointment of their product and especially their customer service.
So if someone out there knows how to contact some topbrass of Sharp,I would be extremly grateful for this contact info.
