It's called a Wireless Client. There are dozens of these things so I won't get into that. But remember to configure your DIR655 as a WAP by googling "How to use a router as a WAP" to avoid headaches.

People, I have an issue beyond my depths of networking prowess.
I need to connect a wireless router to my desktop computer via Ethernet. I currently have a wireless modem from Rogers (Hitron) and a D-Link DIR655 wireless router.
What I'm trying to do is connect the wireless modem to the D-link wirelessly, so I can then connect that to my desktop using an ethernet cable. The modem and router are not in the same room. Is there a way I can connect these two together? Help??
