All the laptops I have with onboard graphics and another graphics chipset (there is no card in 99.99% of laptops) automatically switch to the 3D GPU chipset when the game runs.
I've read plenty of posts where folk want to over ride that but for now, in 99% of the machines there is nothing to do but install the game and play it.

My new computer defaults to the onboard graphics card mostly; I had a tech connect WoW to the Nvidia GPU but I forgot to do Rift.
Can someone walk me through it? I know it's in device manager and to click on the nvidia hardware, but from there...I'm drawing a blank.
Thank you guys! Sorry if the terminology isn't correct; I'm a noob ![]()
