Then no. Simply no. It's not in this OS's genes to do this. The reason why dates back to 1995.
That aside you can use a remote desktop solution to put the desktop's display on your laptop. It won't do for gaming but about everything else.
Need to be able to use softwareware installed on desktop on laptop...laptop will be my monitor.
