Google "Virtual Router." Yes, it's for 7 but now look for similar for Vista. You'll have to get a second WiFi radio too. Try one of those cheap USB WiFi sticks.

I have a laptop with windows bussiness vista currently on the internet with wi fi connection from a friend that lives next door. I dont have a router or a cable connection at all. My i phone cannot pick up the signal of the wifi so i want to connect it through my laptops internet somehow. Is that possible and how?
