Question

How to configure default source on Samsung 6000 LED TV

Jan 13, 2013 3:51AM PST

We use TV and External HDMI source frequently. Currently somehow we change default source to Ext. but we would like to use TV as default, not to need to click Source every time we start TV.

How to change default source back to TV?

Hi aukurac,

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for the Netherlands. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So while I can't help you directly, if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung Netherlands portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/nl/support/model/UE40EH6030WXXN

Hope this helps you!

OK, I will try to find help there, but I had only buy TV in Netherlands, I'm not Dutch and I don't speak Dutch.

Effort you spent typing me reply and giving me link would be equal to effort answering my question. This formalism is ridicules.

Hi aukurac,

You'd think that this would be easy, but I suspect this is several products interacting. I'm going to suspect that you have a sound bar or home theater system or receiver that's giving you a problem.

If you want me to give my best shot at it, I'll try, but it will definitely be a guess. So let me know what all your devices that are connected to the TV.

Also, let me know which country you're in, and I'll try to find support for your country for that product code.
