If you want the main monitor as #1 why not connect it to the video port that claims to be #1?
Also, here I see an option "This is my main display" on some video controls. Watch for that.
When I had 2 displays, switching between them was simple. Now that I got 3 displays, I have to go through more complicated process to switch between them. In order to switch from my 3rd display to the 2nd I have to first duplicate my screen to both 3rd and 2nd displays, and then show it only on 2
Win+P is no help.
The point is that I have 3 displays: (1) Main Monitor, (2) Secondary Monitor, and (3) TV.
I use them in 3 modes:
- only (1) Main monitor
- (1) Main Monitor extended to (2) Secondary Monitor
- only TV
For some reason my systems indicates my Main Monitor as display #3, Secondary Monitor as #1, and TV as #2, which prevents me from enjoying easy switch with Win+P.
So, here's the question. Is there a way to configure switching between displays so that it wouldn't be so awkward as it is now.
Thanks in advance.
