Can you explain "load" and "reloads".

The usual install with format of Windows 7 wipes Windows 10. But you can use your favorite partition manager (free or paid) to delete the partition it's installed in, if installing Windows 7 doesn't do what it should do.

Why do you want to get rid of Windows 10? I installed Classic Shell and my Windows 10 looks like Windows 7.

PS. Going back 2 generations might give some issues, like HP having no Windows 7 drivers for the hardware, or Windows 7 itself not supporting it. Did you research that?

That's one question and a requirement.

The question is easily answered: download and install. Couldn't be easier.

The requirement is somewhat mysterious:
1. Unused programs can be moved by the OS to virtual memory, so they don't occupy RAM.
2. On a PC with 16 GB RAM, 500 MB used by system processes is unimportant.
3. Why do you think Windows 10 needs more RAM for itself than Windows 7?
