Question

How to combine Contacts in Outlook 2007

Jul 8, 2011 7:59AM PDT

If I go to contacts, and expand the listing for "All Contact Items" I see four items. There are two "personal folders", one "Archive folders" and one "Internet Calendars".

Then under "My Contacts" I can select "Contacts in Personal Folders" or simply "Contacts". Selecting "Contacts in Personal Folders" shows me different contacts than if I select "Contacts". Some, but not all the contacts in the two selections are duplicates.

How do I combine things so I have only one folder that contains all of my contacts?
