How to clone a Raid5 drive system?

Hi...I need some help here please.
I have a 6 core MacPro running OS10.6.8 and Final Cut Server.
It has 4x2TB drives in Raid5.
I need to build a duplicate backup machine identical to this one.
I intend to acquire the same hardware and want to clone the Raid from the original machine for use on e second one.

How do I go about cloning the 4 drive raid so that it will boot in the new backup system?

MacPro 2x2.66GHz, 6 Core, 24G Ram.

http://www.prosofteng.com/products/drive_genius_features.php notes RAID but there is usually a boot drive which is not RAID. Someone created this monster so let's ask them how the backup and restore, also known as the disaster recovery plan, was supposed to work.
