How to clean cache files from iPhone?

I have taken my iPhone 5S from 1 year, watching online movie, browsing website... I guess there are must too many cache files taking up i-space. But I can't tell which one is necessary.
Any way to remove these cache file completely, but safely?
Thanks in advance!

Where are you seeing these "cache files"

and what makes you think that your iPhone needs to have them removed?

And why not post this in the iPhone forum?
