How to change windows caption bar text size etc..

OOps, I forgot how to change personal windows font size, caption bar text size, etc.. I see a change magnification 100%,125%, etc..

How 'bout changing Text size inside WinExplorer's Windows.

I was able to change textSize of Windows CaptionBar.
But how do I change textSize inside WinExplorer's Windows (Window Text).
I can change the Color, but nothing opens up for (Window Text)..

Go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display"...

Oh, I see how to do it:
Go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display"
Change the size from smaller to Medium
and then go into "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization"
and update the TEXT options there.
