How to change the display language?

Jan 29, 2010 2:25PM PST

I have a notebook with Vista running on it. But it is in Spanish.
How do I change it in English?
I already try from Regional languages from Control panel, but without success.
I must to install again the Vista?

If your install DVD offers languages that's the cheap exit. Otherwise you have to upgrade to Ultimate to be able to use language packs.
