I want to capture arbitrary region for Mac?<span>, I could not find good, suitable software, there is no more useful software? give me some advice, thanks!

it comes with every Mac and allows you to capture the whole screen, a Window or, more importantly, an arbitary region of the screen.

I used the grab on Mac before,it's convenient.But it can only do some simple grab,recently there is a screen capture for Mac which is developped by ondesoft,I download it and have a try.I use it now.
