how to bridge wifi modems?

i tried steps available on net but nothing worked. btw my isp dont allow static ip address. i have netgear and reconnect(ui is same as that of dlink). i have net connection on netgear want my reconnect to use that internet via bridging.

I've yet to see those modems with WiFi do this trick. Maybe the old powerline bridge with WiFi will do what you want?
